Mani salad with orange
Ingredients
– 4 medium potatoes, boiled, cold
– 1 orange, peeled
– 1 large onion, finely chopped
– 10 Kalamata olives
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 1 teaspoon oregano salt and pepper
Preparation
Place the sliced potatoes in a bowl, season with salt and sprinkle with oregano (optional) and pepper. Add the orange, onion, olives, and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well and serve at room temperature. It is ideal with grilled meats and fish.
